Crisp and almost effervescent, these fun and crushable cans are a delight for any occasion. A judicious blend of Arinto and Chardonnay from AdegaMae’s maritime vineyards makes for a quaffable but satisfying pop.

This drinks something like a fresh, stainless Chardonnay but also has some distinct markers that liken it to a Greek or Italian white from the Mediterranean. A little greenness, subdued somewhat by the effervescence and the natural floral aromatics make this an excellent food wine. Paella, Cod Fritters or Pasta would be ideal but any seafood or poultry would be excellent as well.
