The small appellation of Quincy is located west of Sancerre, Menetou-Salon, and Pouilly-Fume, and it is one of the great spots on the planet to cultivate Sauvignon Blanc. Adele Rouze is undoubtedly one of the leading producers of the region, and this is Sauvignon Blanc that gives many Sancerres and Pouilly Fumes a run for their money.

From old, organically-farmed vineyards planted between 1930 and 1950, the sand, flint, and limestone rich soils of Quincy give us an intense, concentrated Sauvignon Blanc.
