Christos Barafakas belongs to the new generation of Nemea wine producers who taking advantage of proprietary vineyards, gives us modern wines that leave no one unmoved. The Thousand Years is a wine full of freshness with delicious aromas of red and black fruit of two varieties, Agiorgitiko and Cabernet Sauvignon, which blend very nicely – a little like a Greek Right-Bank Bordeaux as Agiorgitiko has a similar fruit profile to Merlot with its cherry and plum flavours.
