This has become one of Unico Zelos most cult-followed wines since they began. Its not exactly white wine, nor red many call it Orange or Amber winebut UZ just calls it Esoterico. No fining or filtration.

We raised the lower acidity of Zibibbo with the conjoined efforts of Gewurztraminer and Greco di Tufo, while sharpening the aromatics everso-slightly away from rose-water incense with handfuls of white florals, bergamot and black tea. It almost looks as if it’s come from a higher altitude and a cooler vintage. Which is dope in my books!
